Carrie Baker is a NYC-based actor, singer and songwriter. She grew up in the Northwest, performing since she was young in a touring children's choir and as a classical pianist. She has performed around the country in regional theater productions and in NYC based cabaret and theater productions, workshops and readings. With a degree in social science, she has worked in mental health and social work, primarily advocating for special needs children. She also has worked as an educator and music director, teaching piano, voice and theater at the middle and high school levels. Her favorite pastimes include drinking coffee on cozy fall days, great conversation with friends, and spending time with her husband who she has been with more years of her life than without, and is grateful for it.
